This is going to either be a long post, or a short post, I haven’t decided which yet, so I guess we’ll find out together, it’ll be like a little journey that we can go on together. I’m excited; are you ready?

Impotence is an ongoing inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. Your likelihood of being affected increases with age. There are several medical causes for impotence, including diabetes, multiple sclerosis and previous surgery in the pelvic region (for example having your prostate gland removed). Certain medicines including beta-blockers and some diuretics can also be responsible for causing impotence.

Smoking causes your arteries to get furred up with fatty deposits. This reduces blood flow to your penis, increasing your risk of impotence. Psychological problems including anxiety and depression can cause problems with getting an erection.

Many men are reluctant to talk about impotence but it can often be effectively treated. A range of treatment options is available including psychotherapy, prescription medicines and devices. The medicines viagra online, vardenafil and tadalafil are highly effective in treating some forms of impotence. However, these medicines aren't suitable for everyone and can have serious side-effects, so it's important that you see your GP before taking them.

Default re when to get spine surgery

wow how did this topic turn into some of the stuff that's in the last few replies? This is a spine forum so questions that are asked should be pertaining to spine related surgery and treatments. Answers should also be with regard to that as well. If you're advertising you are in the wrong place as well as if you are replying with regard to something other than spine related topics, surgery, treatment etc.

Sorry felly if you've been checking back for replies.

I agree with that, it is a spine forum and you can't turn this in to sexual disorders. So please stop posting anything which does not belong to the post. If you want to discuss about the erectile dysfunction then you should start new topic for that, in the right category.
You need to choose reproductive or men health section to discuss about the erection difficulties and medicine like Viagra generic used for the treatment.
