If you took a soak in a hot pot in Yellowstone you would boil like a lobster.:D
the temp in those pools are 300 to 600 degrees.
As a hot tub it increases my inflamation, A short dip...

I think they call this piriformous syndrome. Most of the time this can resolve with specific stretches. I am trying this now let you how it turns out.

You may have a pinched nerve, herniated a disc,or other issues.
Maybe you need other test, MRI, Cat scan etc.
Find a Good spine Doctor.
