good luck with the disability claim, i've had 9 shots over 3 yrs L4-L5-S1 and sad to say never had any relief but it doens work 4 some keep us posted

i got a letter of denial from work mans comp (of course) the said that the results from the disco gram were not in the guide lines for surgery, now if you ask me comp shouldn't have been able to use...
