That's great news. You can see the light at the end of the tunnel and the wait isn't that long. If the heeby jeebies start bugging you, let us help. That's why we're here.

Wishing you the best, Dale

This is fabulous news. Hopefully this is the answer to a successful outcome and back to a good quality life.

Super news! I am just short of 3 wks post-2-level cervical ADR and way happy! I also found that medical hypnotherapy before I left for Germany really helped me deal with the pre-surg anxiety I'd been having. We focused primarily on the surgery going well and post-op pain. I really think it helped alot. I wish you nothing but the best! If you visualize it, it is possible.

Not everyone approaches their surgery with anxiety. I was happy to get there and was looking forward to discovering what the rest of my life was going to be like. I was not anticipating such a great outcome, but I was ready to go and couldn't wait to get there.

When we get so many "denials" for our healthcare, it is more than refreshing and celebratory to hear a thumb's up approval for a procedure! So a big congrats! I had an ALIF and laminectomy last July, so feel free to ask me any questions or PM me. We're here for you.
