Medial thigh, groin, and pubic pain vs. L2/3

I have pain and tightness in the medial thigh, groin, and pubic area. Could this be L2-3 disc?
The MRI shows a slight protrusion and some slight foraminal narrowing at this level?

I guess it could just be tightness from lack of stretching too?
