Default Saw a lawyer today, hope it helps!!!!!!!

Had a meeting with a lawyer today. Hopefully something good will come out of it. He's going to do a little research and get back to me. In the meantime, I could still use some names and dates of ProDisc ADR surgery with insurance company name that approved it. I know you're out there! I'll only use your info for my appeal process, nothing more. If you're not comfortable giving your name, how about your initials? It's the date and location and ins name that are important. Laurie Todd, the insurance warrior, said the best way to beat them is to join together!

Missy,

Only a very small percentage of ADR recipients were lucky enough to get insurance approval though many of us tried.

Mark has a book in his lending library on how to appeal insurance denials. Since he's in Germany for his wife's surgery, you might want to call his office. I'm not sure how this process works but if nothing else, perhaps you can get the name, etc., which currently escapes me, for your own purchase.

I wish you good luck and please keep us posted as to your progress and success!!!!

Dale

Default book title

Got the book yesterday, have just started leafing through it. Author's name is Laurie Todd. She's a cancer patient who learned to fight and is now sharing her ideas throught the book. You can but it online at insurancewarrior.org? Anyway, thanks for your help and idea.
