Though personally not suffering from facet complications, (I've got enough of my own) it's enormously rewarding to see back technology come out of the dark ages and join the modern medical community. My hope is that my grandchildren, who may or may not inherit our family curse, will never have to suffer as the rest of us AND that our health care system evolves into a patient friendly environment, easily traversed. But then again, I shouldn't get started, I could write a book, as could most everyone else with major health care concerns.
