A very happy belated birthday to you and your new life. I suspect after five years you will probably encounter no new problems so congratulations too.

Default Happy Bday to you and yours

Alastair,
Wishing you many more happy healthy birthdays to you and your spinal implant~ so glad you've done well and hope you will continue on in this manner!

You're an inspiration to me as I've moved in to my mid 50's and still not had surgery~ hopefully if I need it I'll still be able to get it when the time feels right!

take good care~ Maria

Happy Birthday to you Sir Alastair!!! I'm singing to you too! - However, it is probably best that you can't hear me across the pond.

Take Care,
Poncho

Alastair... great news! I'm right behind you... turning 5 years on Sept 20... and still doing 100 times better than I ever thought possible. (Although not 100%... I believe that I got about 90-95% recovery.)

I still can't shoot (like you), play the piano, dance or sing very well since my surgery... Dang ADR can't put talent where none ever existed!

Keep it up... wishing you many pain-free years to come!

All the best,

Mark
