Unable to stand without pain

As you can see I have had a 2 level ADR at L4-5 and L5-S1. In addition, I have had some posterior decompression surgeries (these were laser surgeries and could only be done one side at a time and the only nerve that has not been decompressed is the S1 right side) at about 1 year post ADR. After all this I still have some S1 pain ?? that seems to shift from right to left and left to right. My ROM is restricted but only on the right side. I guess it could be the S1 disc or bone spurs or arthritis but why does it shift form one side to another?
