Feeling A Little Better Lately
My pain is caused by stenosis at C 3-4 and C 5-6 with other areas contributing.
Out of desperation I began drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with apple and grape juice. So far I have been though 1/2 gallon of apple cider vinegar. It is supposed to dissolve bone spurs. I have also been taking a magnesium supplement with calcium. There have been no studies but there is anecdotal evidence that it works. I take a bit more than a tablespoon of ACV 3 times a day. My neck seems to be popping a cracking less. I have been doing this for about a month now. A lot of people swear by ACV for many maladies such as arthritis.

white rasins!
i had a gal pal of my hubby suggest this. you soak the rasins in vodka for 24 hours and eat them like candy! sounds good to me
 ) anywho...acv has been noted for years to be good for what used to be called rumatism. athritis nowadays...
