![]() My pain is caused by stenosis at C 3-4 and C 5-6 with other areas contributing.
Out of desperation I began drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with apple and grape juice. So far I have been though 1/2 gallon of apple cider vinegar. It is supposed to dissolve bone spurs. I have also been taking a magnesium supplement with calcium. There have been no studies but there is anecdotal evidence that it works. I take a bit more than a tablespoon of ACV 3 times a day. My neck seems to be popping a cracking less. I have been doing this for about a month now. A lot of people swear by ACV for many maladies such as arthritis. |

![]() did you hear about the old couple walking down the beach in Hawaii, arguing about whether it's called Ha-wa-ee or Ha-Va-ee. The saw a tan, muscular, Hawaiian-looking man with a surfboard and asked him....
"Ha-Va-EE", he said! "I knew I was right! Thank you" said the old man. "You're Velcome" said the local.
