Default Blue Cross Blue Shield {aka Blue Crap}

does anyone know how many people are needed for a class action law suit?
and secondly how many people here want to sue Blue Crap?
i am in the process of submitting bills from Adr in Germany. sending the bills to IBX indepenant blue cross and another copy to Blue shield worldwide.
the law suit would be about there double standard between fed employees and privitey insured.
chuck
p/s i xpect IBX to turn down request for payment i surely hope i am wrong that would reflex there true colors.

I believe as little as 3 can make up a class action but then again, I'm no attorney. You also need to find out if a statute of limitations would apply and to what extent. You should also realize that the only ones who get rich off of a class action is the attorney(s). Would you want to include punitive damages and/or reimbursement for traveling and per diem expenses? What about a care giver or Mark (if he went with you)?

Do you have an attorney in mind because that's really your first stop? I think this might fall under medical malpractice but Dan used an attorney in his fight with the insurance company so you might want to contact him.

However, despite all of the above, I'd join you.
