Shouldn't you continure your physical regimen if possible. The walking is great for your body and mind. If it does not cause too much added pain I highly recomemend it.

If you had leg pain and stenosis before ADR and you still have leg pain then there is always the possibility that the stenosis is still there. Just by placing ADR in between the discs does not...
