28.02.2012 i had selective endoscopic discectomy for disgogenic pain l3/l4.
Recovery was not so hard to deal with...day after day was better and...

So at tuesday i had selective endoscopic discectomy with thermal anuloplasty for my painful l3/l4 disc. It was discogenic pain,with annular tear. The surgery went very well. Doctor perform discectomy...

Lately i start to have left shoulder pain,along with left shoulder blade pain.
I realy dont know what the hell is goinig on in there.
Can maybe shoulder blades pain came from shoulder itself....
