Default Welcome

Hi Rose,
Welcome and glad you found the forum!
I've been a spine patient since 1982 so I feel like the injury has become part of my personality by now. Not sure that's good tho at least now I know my cycles with pain and how I respond, the medication route to relieve and so forth.

Whatever is going on with you, if you feel like sharing anything or asking questions, just jump in and post~

take care and hope your pain isn't too bad~ (or bad at all)

Hi Rose and welcome,

I assume you have some spinal issues and are looking to share or for information. You've come to the right place. Feel free to jump right in and post your concerns, problems or ask questions. We're also good for venting. Hope to hear from you soon.
