Working out in the water

After two years of waiting we have finally finished our remodel and will be able to access the pool very soon which is why we bought this house. We are very excited about the chance for Janet to use water therapy multiple times per week. The move for us has been very beneficial for Janet and life is already so much better for her. Depression can slowly and easily consume one's entire life. Hopefully we are better prepared for the future and will recognize how seriously it affects us and can take counter-measures.
