Default Verteobplasty

I have a patient doing really well at 3 months and back at work . A single ADR L5/S1.

His 3 monthly checkup showed some subsidence on the X-rays(I haven`t seen those yet) . apart from some minor aches this patient is fine -- - - but it sounds like he wants to charge into Verteobplasty as soon as possible to correct the subsidence which he has!!

I have seen many ADR`s which are not a perfect position do very well, and conversely Good positioned ones do poorly. How soon do you reckon patients should be taking this route.

Its a Prodisc by the way , can you lift those to get cement under them at almost 4 months?
Best
Alastair
