One of my friend who is around 40 years ols have Cervical disk issues..

What is best treatment for that?

On the problem. The friend should see a doctor first of all to report whatever is going on. The doctor can determine what diagnostic tests need to be done and/or how severe the problem is or may be and what sort of treatment plan to start out with.

You mentioned in another post that you just had cervical surgery in Sept.2013. Seems like you would know a great deal about cervical disc issues...

You have me so confused, is it your friend or you? What problems ?
