I wish that you remain in better shape and when it starts to worsen you head to the sea again.
I have probably taken a hike on my local mountain trail at times in the past when i shouldn't have. I just never specifically ask if that is ok or not. Right now i am in too much pain and can just about walk with foot drop in one foot and just had spinal surgery on 4 discs to right now walking in a store is the most bizarre thing i can do!!! If you think of anything else for me , let me know i am up for anything at this point. judy
