Hello fellow sufferers. I am currently in Barcelona recovering from a disc replacement at L5/S1, performed by Dr. Pablo Clavel. I started a little blog to share my experience with friends and family at home, but more importantly for everyone out there who is still trying to decide what kind of treatment is right for them. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them in the comments on the blog as I will be checking that more often than this.

PS, isn't Barcelona a beautiful city!!! I was there a couple of years ago. I'd be interested to see the progress on la Segrada Familia. I recently saw a 60 minutes segment on it... much has been accomplished. I miss sitting in Park Guell listening to jazz.
