Upper back pain disappear...whaaaat? :)))
 

Ok guys,girls...i must share this with you.
Since 2009 i had problems with upper back terribly.
i try everything from A to Z.
I have been diagnosied with costochondritis(my sternum still cracks),and upper rhomboid chronic pain,or herniated disc or i dont know what exactly.
Now after 4 years i dont feel anything.
It is so weird but it is like that.
I start hardcore training at corective gymnastic and my doctor prescribes me pills called Stablon(tianeptine). This combo of training and pills make me live again.
Stablon is listed as mild antidepressant, but it gives very powerfull anelgesic properties for chronic pain. I read it that it makes a wonders for people with fibromyalgia.
Overall im very happy about this,but still having problems with my lumbal area. Hope exercise will give me some kind of a relief.

Damir, i am so very happy for you. What a miracle almost. Keep up that exercising and taking that medication. This is the best news ever! Still keep posting once in a while.
