PLDD has been used since 1986. Consider it.

From my point of view, energy based techniques (PLDD and coblation) are better than mechanical discectomy (Dekompressor)

I don't know if ArthroCare's coblation is used for cervical disks. From what I have read Ozone sounds like the best and safest but it is not available in the US. It must work too well.
