I noticed you had written a reply on Judy's rather long thread to which I keep replying as it's a comfortable habit (blahblahwomentalk).. so just wondered if you were going to start a thread of your own. I'd be interested to read what's going on with your spine, what you've tried, and where you're headed with regard to future spinal plans.
