Cracking part? We have such similar cases, but no cracking here. Please explain.

PS... I don't know about this testing, and I too am skeptical about finding a magic exercise. Even so, I am willing to try and learn. I've seen some very surprising successes with treatments that I would have not taken seriously. It sure beats having surgery!

yes cracking...i have sternum pain, when i gently push on my sternum bone or when i cof or sneeze. its located on the midle/left side...not right...
and about cracking, example i drive 20 min,get off from the car,and then when i want to strech...craaaaack---so hate this feeling..
and this crack is direct at the point where it hurts...

Newhere
My back muscles have always been really tight. I think it is a reaction to pain and the way i carry myself with the pain. Now with my lumbar pain i have to keep correcting myself as i will be hunched over .
What kind of doctor is testing muscles? A chiropractor? I think i had muscle strength tested in my back muscles on some type of machine at the chiropractor before my thoracic pain got too bad.
good luck with what ever you try.

Did you have your discography yet on thoracic spine?
