Default excersizes

i have a few things that i can do each day to stretch and isometrics to strengthen. people are always telling to to excersize, but i don't want to put more pressure on my discs. i guess it would be okay to get a recumbant bike? i used to workout 20-30 daily, now i am lucky if i feel up to twice weekly.

Stretching is great - exercises in moderation and only if they don't hurt. Start off with just a few minutes to see how your body reacts.

Have you tried an inversion table?

Hope your pain takes a holiday for the week. Dale

Default inversion table

I wish I had the room for one. We have a 1440 sq ft home. it's 1 bed room and office and two bathes. I have seen some that are like half size, may be could get that under the bed. They are like $600 plus! I have had so many med bills. i think it would help though. great suggestion. thx you.
