Default Here is a pick of my new back

Here is a copy of the X ray from my follow up visit. Dr's assistant said everything was looking good. Im really surprised at how well i feel. I can stand up straight now.

Default Got the Pic uploaded... My New Back

Here is the pic of my new back . Surgery was 9/23/10. Im feeling a lot better. I know i got a long road ahead of me. Ive even been able to lower the Medication.

Looks good! Not that I know how it should look tho it does look "picture perfect." Hope you're doing GREAT!

Joe, great photo... that's quite an impressive configuration.

Yes, those are Prodiscs. The fusion hardware looks like Synthes Synfix cages. These provide the structure for anterior fusion with the addes strength of the screws, so you don't need posterior surgery.

I merged the two threads together.

After a botched spinal tap where my L4/L5 disc exploded i underwent a laminectomy in 1979, and ran from spinal surgery ever since, then in 2002 i met DrDelamarter in Santa Monica- and my life as i knew it changed dramatically, I consider myself the "ProdiscPosterBoy" I am in the US Trials and one of the first in California to recieve 2 Lumbar Prodiscs, nomorepain-nomoremeds
