In a Bowling League after Prodisc!
More great news to report! I can hardly believe this so far, three weeks into a beginners bowling league 3 games 1 night a week & just 6 1/2 short years after my 2 level lumbar prodisc trials surgery, I still have to pinch myself to see if this is reality. and i'm happy to report it is. at 6mos i watched Mark and another 2 level patient play tennis and thought i'd never see the day. Well no matter how slow or how quick your recovery, and i was slow, ask Mark he knows- took me almost 3yrs to get back to full time work after my surgery, it was devastating financially for me, but i can happily report no soreness, no aches, no pains anywhere, WOW O WOW is all i can say, now i only have 23 weeks to go before the end of the league, and i will report back from week to week, simply amazing i have to say, it's been an incredible experience so far

And i feel great! no soreness, no hurting after bowling, i now have my own ball, bag and shoes, my average started at 113, my games last week were up over 145, i am stoked, and feel so so lucky to have my 2 lumbar prodiscs, as with out them i could not be bowling.......... WOW |
Gary... such great news that bowling is in the OK list of activities. (I'm sore and hurting just thinking about it.!)
Let's get together soon. All the best, Mark |
