Talking In a Bowling League after Prodisc!

More great news to report! I can hardly believe this so far, three weeks into a beginners bowling league 3 games 1 night a week & just 6 1/2 short years after my 2 level lumbar prodisc trials surgery, I still have to pinch myself to see if this is reality. and i'm happy to report it is. at 6mos i watched Mark and another 2 level patient play tennis and thought i'd never see the day. Well no matter how slow or how quick your recovery, and i was slow, ask Mark he knows- took me almost 3yrs to get back to full time work after my surgery, it was devastating financially for me, but i can happily report no soreness, no aches, no pains anywhere, WOW O WOW is all i can say, now i only have 23 weeks to go before the end of the league, and i will report back from week to week, simply amazing i have to say, it's been an incredible experience so far
nomorepain!

Just an update, i'm in week 10 of 27 in my new beginner league of bowling!
And i feel great! no soreness, no hurting after bowling, i now have my own ball, bag and shoes, my average started at 113, my games last week were up over 145, i am stoked, and feel so so lucky to have my 2 lumbar prodiscs, as with out them i could not be bowling..........

Gary... such great news that bowling is in the OK list of activities. (I'm sore and hurting just thinking about it.!)

Let's get together soon.

All the best,

Mark
