Eliza reached her goal!!! 510 miles!
 

You may have seen Eliza's video I posted a few weeks ago.

Several months ago, she told me that she was training to ride in the AIDS Lifecycle... a fundrasier in which participants make a 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. May 31 to June 6th, Eliza realized her goal, riding every day of the LifeCycle. She completed 510 miles. This is just one year out from her 3-level lumbar ADR that ended years of chronic pain and disabilty for her. (I love the shot of her lonely cane!)
