Default Dog walking and neck pain...

Ok jeez.. my neck got pulled out by the dogs going in diff directions and the lab is a ton to reign back and even my little Lola can be pain in the neck.

Here I've been protecting my lumbar spine so much and a jerking pulling motion just pulled my neck out in a flash... crap!!!!!!!!

oh well, doggie park or play today and try to take something to relieve this pain as the Methadone doesn't touch it. Probably need a muscle relaxer.

Not near my Primary Treating doc right now... dang.

Default re neck

Hey Mark,
had a MRI of neck done w/i the last so many months that I was living in LB~ I think I gave you the CD copy? I remember something about didn't get a report because I was too busy but think you saw the films... can't remember~

Certainly having quick recoveries which I like as the two dogs are a handful. Leila (the lab) is great to power walk with. Have to park Lola tho as she's such a pain for long walks (my fault re lack of training and previous environs being more people oriented/petting every block by multiple persons).

In fact, the new old thing that has been bothering me a bit is my right knee. Had 2 surgeries previously and get some weakness in it occasionally which makes me need to rest w/leg up. Otherwise it's "bombs away" with walking as the old spine is olding out well (knock on particle board).
