Going to check this out at a fresh sit.. meaning my low back has been torn up for 2 plus weeks now. Walking is fine, sleeping is painful until I sleep. sitting is brutal...
Got to get a laptop or notebook or whatever they're called now. Want a new Mac Pro ... Until then going to try this ASAP.. so thanks as I know it probably bugged your T spine as much as my L spine is bugging me right now

Sahuaro, I just used the instructions above... it took me a while to find the quick links menu... it's between "search" and "log out" on the menu below your username.
