Wow, what a varied world we live in. Terry, you bowl me over with all you have on your plate! How much of that were you able to keep up before surgery?

I'm somewhere in between After you listed all your activities, I remembered that I used to have a life too XC skiing, hiking, bicycling, building gardens on our four acres, and trying to bring the fish pond back to life on this heritage property we bought almost four years ago. Oh, and occasionally blow drying a chicken or two that falls in the water

For all you gardeners, I wish I could share some of our 'black gold', the very well composed 'recirculated hay' that our horses produce in great volume! That's one of my chores this spring...putting ads up in the local paper to try and get rid of it.

Ah, chocolate! No matter how bad life gets, or good, it will always be my best friend

Herniated discs C4/5 & 5/6, L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1
Severe compression of spinal cord in two levels
All conventional therapy exhausted, including spinal injections, PT, massage, etc.
In appeal with Gov't Insurance for Out-of-country coverage for ADR hybrid surgery of above discs.
Recently discovered that I am severely allergic to all common metals used in surgical hardware except for Titanium.
