Hey Rob,

I'm sorry to hear you are still struggling. It sounds like you are doing (and have tried) a lot of therapies.

Like you say, it probably is multifaceted especially with all of the extra trauma you sustained. I would not overlook quadratus lumborum and gluteus minimus.

I'm confused on one thing: are you still saying you have a hematoma?
