Good luck tomorrow! CindyLou hit the nail on the head: you have age on your side, which is a huge plus when it comes to recovery. ADR surgery truly gave me my life back (
bedridden / heavily medicated --> pain-free for 5 years).
I want to assure you that through all of your research, ongoing struggles with pain and small victories mixed in between that ADR, while not a "fix-all," will most definitely improve your current quality of life.
