Calla.... so many of us find ourselves outside of the norm. It's great for the 95% of the people who fit the 'normal' mold.... it sucks for those of us who fall into the small percentages of people who confound some of the docs.

So 95% of all surgeries for lumbar DDD are at L4-5 and L5-S1... we still see plenty of dysfunction and surgery needed at other levels. Of what significance is it that it's rare?
