Blairsara had a revision from Dr. Regan. I haven't noticed any updates from her in a while but she was doing very well.
The recommended L34 diagnostic injection is a great idea. Any diagnostic is a great idea even though it's not the level under consideration for the current revisions. I don't quite understand why a soft fusion could address all of the potential pain generators at L34 (discogenic, nerve, facet, muscle..). Seems like soft fusion would not address disk pain or nerve pain from bulge/herniation impingement.
I think revision is the way to go. I've heard the success rate of fusing ADR in-place is only 50% for reducing pain. Dr. Zeegers told me this at a GPN seminar.
Waterski is incredibly stressful on the lower back, especially on start-up when you're coming out of the water!
