Below is a Google Earth photo of the Straubing and Bogen area. It's about 12 kilometers (7 miles) from Straubing to Bogen.
It's a very pleasant and scenic 10-15 minute drive. Stop at Oberalteich (the pink church) on the way. It's beautiful and amazing.
