Default dynesys with fusion

The most important thing for you is following the doctors recommendations so your fusion will take regardless if you have dynesys or rigid instrumentation. Most of the people I have talked to have had the dynesys without fusion. Take it easy as you are early in your recovery as it takes sometime for a fusion to form. Did you get a bone growth stimulator?
