Rob...how recent post-op are you from decompression? Are you saying that you can't ambulate because when you are upright and move the pain is beyond 10?

If so, get thee to doc ASAP and get evaluated for infection.

Movement from side to side can come from centrally located problems that affect both sides.... possibly from tilting vertebral body associated with ADR level. If inadequate decompression was done with ADR, maybe continued motion at that segment may not be the best thing. MISS decompression can only go so far.
