I tell ya, there are days where I'm so drugged up, I'll fall asleep with my head on the computer and Sweety has to come and get me to come to bed. I'm wary of wearing a backbrace because I sleep in 20 different positions a night. (But I gotta do what I gotta do, so I'll do the do) However, if I'm in a brace, I'm stuck sleeping on my back or stomach. That will be tough unless I'm all drugged up since I usually fall asleep on my side.
Is the backbrace normally a 6 week thang?
Does the backbrace come off in the shower?
How do you all deal with the backbrace & sleeping?
