Iraq, I'm sorry that your father is having such a serious problem. Most of what we see on the spine forums has to do with aging and degenerative changes in our spine. We are not used to seeing these types of violent injuries.

The surgeon I know who does the most complex spinal reconstructions is Dr. Rudolf Bertagnoli.... drbertagnoli.com or Ihre Wirbelsäule. I'd recommend contacting him.
