I'm starting to see the digestive effects of a lot of vitamin C. I haven't had a cold in ages either. It is very annoying, Also making me go from being very hot to freezing.
I feel like i am in the full blown stage so i guess the C did not help too much, hate to tell my kids they were right. I'll wait to see if they ask!
I did have a good walk with my Buddy yesterday. He had already done everything in the morning so not so many needed stops. I just dragged him along a few times when he wanted to turn a different way or sniff too long.
Now i just need to get this back to cooperate to be able to go for longer walks.
