Default re pain

Judy,
Like Dale says.. listen to your body. Back when I was in graduate nursing school I had to semi recline in a bean bag chair because I couldn't sit long w/o seriously bad repercussions. In Grad. Statistics class I laid across a table for class. I got thru the clinical part fine because that was on my feet but the classes I had to make myself comfortable in order to get thru them.

Do what you have to do to get thru tho don't force your body to be in a position too long that compromises your long term outcome or don't overdo to try to reach a goal faster. At least that has been my experience.

re our animals.. oh yes they are wonderful little loving distractions that make my life quite happy. Right now my brood is with dh in SD county. I'll be seeing them shortly tho not soon enough! Have to admit however walking w/o Lola sure is much quicker than with! I don't have to stop to sniff as much tho sometimes I have to stop to pee!
