Let's see how this one plays out.. I walked from the bank appt. I had today in Belmont Shore along the bikepath home to downtown LB today. I haven't tried that in many a year. Did it just fine today tho am wondering how I'll feel tomorrow?! Hope Ok!!

Judy, I've not attempted scheduling myself for volunteer hours altho I'd like to. I'm amazed that you're doing well enough to do that and a class of 7 hours ..wow.. I can honestly say that I'm sure unless lying down there's no way I can manage that let alone 4 hours of straight sitting!!! Dang!!!
