No I don't think so, I think this is the first stage of a true transplants between donor and recipient, there are very few rejection problems I understand.

There is quite a difference between leaving your body parts e.g. heart and liver, and corneas, it looks as if the Chinese are now leaving their spinal discs on their death. Please notice, it was only four hours following the death of the donor
