You said recently had the surgery which is quite the relative term. Just how recently - 1 week, 1 month or more?
Most back surgeries either provide relief immediately or take their time, which tells you nothing other than not to be too impatient.
Who did your surgery and where? Why did you choose the Dynesis? Have you had any other surgeries or procedure...
