Went to my 8 week check up yesterday. Dr Delamarter said everything looked good. I've been able to walk up to a mile. I've lowered my medication (norco) to 1 to 1 and a half per day. I will take half in the morning, and half at night before bed. I have had to take half in the middle in the day on occasion. For the most part, so far I feel a lot better than before the surgery. I would say my pain level is normally 0 to 1, has been up to maybe a 4 . Im still very restricted with my activities. I dont ever want to go through this again. The surgery was a lot harder than i expected, but so far worth it. I go back to see him in February.I might start physical therapy then. I just wanted to Check in and give you an update.
