Forgive the pun..."I've not had such a good spell for years." Here's the 'spell' S-T-R-E-S-S. I'm convinced that stress hits us in our most vulnerable parts and can do awful things. You struggled against the wc system and different docs and diagnoses and treatment recommendations for years. Now that you know where you are going/can go with your back, now that all that uncertainty and frustration is eliminated, it is reflected in a reduction of symptoms. Well, that's my totally unscientific theory!
Whatever the cause, enjoy it and let's hope it continues!
